Description
Giulio keeps the traditions of his native Sardinia alive in this cheerful trattoria. He makes his own pasta and bread every day, and the orata (gilt-head bream) in a salt crust is even filleted at the table. Here the Italian art of simplicity is at its most exuberant. House-made pappardelle with a creamy duck sauce, an aromatic panna cotta topped with a subtly flavoured juniper jam... Da Giulio is undeniably the best Italian in Arnhem!
